How was your day today. I bet some of you met at least a little aggravation. That’s alright. Aggravations come and go. You got through it and are still breathing. Let the aggravations flow off you like water flows off a duck’s feathers.
Does it seem that some people are in your life to aggravate you. Maybe they are, but first look at your own life and cut out any habits or actions that might aggravate other people. Don’t say that you don’t do anything to aggravate other people. Improve yourself by cutting out at least one thing in your life that may aggravate others.
The other aspect of aggravation is that it may actually be a test. How do you react to frustrating, angering events. Do you get mad or yell? Try reacting with patience. Frustrating events seem to come into our lives to teach us to be patient and kind. Maybe the sooner one learns the virtues of patience and kindness, less frustration will follow.
Keep a smile in your heart even when the world is not smiling at you.
