Pay the Ransom
Who will come to the rescue? Will someone pay the ransom if you are captured by the enemy. The enemy is always lurking seeking prey. The bad news is that you are the prey. The good news is that you don’t have to be captured.
The words come to your mind over and over again. You plead for them to stop, but to no avail. The words seem to be always trying to convince you that you don’t stack up, that you are a loser, that your not smart, pretty or skinny enough. Maybe the words came from an actual person. Your boss, a coach, a teacher, a spouse or partner.
I am here to tell you that you are someone. Your life counts. Although the hurt is real you must concentrate on the positive when the demons in your mind attack. Replace the negative thoughts by concentrating on your own good qualities. Your weapon to attack the bad thoughts will simply be your own good thoughts. You must come to your own rescue and pay your own ransom by moving forward in the face of the attack.
I want you to succeed and I am confident that anyone reading this can and will overcome any obstacles they are facing.
