Six Ways to Increase Your Wealth
If you are determined to be successful, you must increase your net worth. Increasing your net worth will have a two fold effect. First increasing your net worth will make you feel better thus giving you more self confidence and second increasing your net worth will give you more freedom.
Wealth brings a certain amount of freedom and a certain amount of responsibility. We become wealthy to take care of the people we love, to take care of our own person and to help others less fortunate. A selfless attitude is one key to bringing abundance into your life.
We need a certain amount of positive momentum to gain financially. As we have discussed, when you enjoy any success in life, attach to that success and ride its momentum to more success. For example, a surfer spots a big wave, gets onto the surfboard and takes a long ride. Feeling energized by the success of the ride, the surfer is ready for another big wave. Another surfer isn’t having such luck. This surfer feels lucky to spot a small wave. Mounting the surfboard the surfer goes for a short ride. Discouraged by the short ride, the second surfer gives up and wonders whether surfing is worth all the trouble.
Consider the following tips to increase your wealth building momentum:
1. Take a chance. We are all going to die someday. What is the worst that can happen?
2. Let go of your safety blanket. Close your eyes and imagine leaning back and falling. Imagine that just as you are about ready to hit the floor you fall onto a springy mattress and bounce back up.
4. Make an investment. With a little research you are sure to have some success.
5. Cut back on expenses. The money saved can be invested and will grow as your investment grows.
6. Share your good fortune.
