One quarter (1/4) cup of quick oats, one egg, one teaspoon of brown sugar, a handful blueberries, a splash of milk and a dash cinnamon. 



Mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour the ingredients into a microwave safe coffee mug. Microwave for two minutes or so until cooked. Garnish with strawberry slices. Delicious.
