When it comes to reaping the heart-healthy benefits of omega-3 fatty acids in fish, it often comes down to how you prepare it.  The bottom line is that it's better to bake fish instead of frying. The American Heart Association recommends eating at least two servings of fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids a week to protect against heart disease.  Here is a heart healthy baked fish recipe that is not only good for you and your family, but also delicious.
