Plenty for Everybody

What does it mean to be counterintuitive? Being counterintuitive is like thinking outside of the box. It is not thinking in a usual manner. To think in a counterintuitive way means to think the opposite of what common sense would suggest. The opposite of counterintuitive thinking would be to think in an ordinary way or to think with the crowd. An example of ordinary (or intuitive) thinking in finance would be to buy and flip real estate because the market is hot and everybody is doing it. Another example of intuitive thinking would be the thought that the only way to get ahead in life is to be hard, mean and uncaring.

Do you want to get ahead? Are you willing to get ahead by clawing your way to the top? There is a belief that there is a limited supply of everything, especially money and wealth. It would seem to make perfect sense that in order to get some of that limited supply pushing and shoving is necessary. Can you imagine getting what you want or need in any other manner? If you can you are thinking in a counterintuitive way. Congratulations!

Convince yourself that there is plenty for everybody including yourself because there is. Try some counterintuitive thinking to bring goodness and peace to yourself and loved ones. Your circumstances may be desperate or you may just be looking for a change. Start somewhere to begin anew. Generosity, kindness and giving are good areas to start your new way of thinking.
