Today is Good Friday. A great and solemn day for those of us who believe that Jesus Christ died on Friday, was buried and on the third day after his death, rose from the dead. In this life we will encounter many trials and tests. Jesus, the Son of God, who died on the cross was not spared from the trials and humiliations of life. He was human like us and he suffered.
The good news is that no matter what troubles we face in this life we have hope because Jesus by his sacrifice opened heaven for us. We can also be secure in this life knowing that we will be guided by Him through all the challenges of this life.
