Three Ways to Break Out and Up

Three ways to break out and up.
Focused Intent
It's easy to get stuck in a rut and it’s hard to get out of one. For instance, many people are not comfortable with their present situation, but accept their situation because its easier than changing. Too often we settle for what we have in life instead of taking chances and pressing on toward greatness. The first step on the path to change is believing that greater things are on the way. Promise yourself that you are going to press on and believe that greater things are on the way, not tomorrow, but today.
Your attitude should be to accept change, growth and strive to improve. What has happened in the past cannot keep you where you are today unless you allow it. Bad habits, addictions, poverty, abuse can be passed down through generations, but don’t let these past problems stop you from fulfilling your destiny. Try the following steps to get moving in a positive direction:
1. Don’t let the past determine your future. You are not you’re mother, father, sister, brother or best friend. You are you. Determine your own destiny by breaking free from other’s problems.

2. Step up to the plate. Deal with everything that is holding you back with courage and a positive attitude. Don’t be complacent. Accept nothing but the best and embrace change.
3. Don’t sit around in self pity. Enough is enough. Promise yourself that you will make good choices and then do it. It is time to make a decision that you are a winner.

Believe in yourself!
